1、心理干预护理对冠心病患者自我效能感和医学应对方式的影响孙华婧山东枣庄矿业集团滕南医院内一科[摘要]目的：探讨心理干预护理对冠心病患者自我效能感和医学应对方式的影响。方法：选取2013年1月到2014年1月于我院就诊的冠心病患者共150例，将患者采用随机分组方法分为两组，每组各75例。对照组患者给予常规的护理干预，观察组在对照组基础之上，同时给予积极心理护理干预，观察和比较两组患者自我效能感水平和医学应对方式方面的变化。结果：治疗后，观察组和对照组患者的自我效能感和医学应对方式均发生变化，观察组干预后“面对”评分为16.35±2.51，“畏惧”评分为0.02±2.51，“逃避”评分为0
2、.56±2.12；对照组“面对”评分为14.17±2.0，“畏惧”评分为2.56±3.00，“逃避”评分为2.63±3.25，观察组的指标变化评分结果要优于对照组，组间比较具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：为了提高冠心病患者的自我效能感和医学应对方式等方面的水平，可以在患者接受治疗的同时，给予患者积极地、科学地心理护理干预，以提高改善患者预后质量。[关键词]心理护理干预；冠心病；自我效能感；医学应对方式Psychologicalnursinginterventioninpatientswithcoronaryheartdisease(CHD)self-efficacyandcopi
