2、戴芬组)及清热排毒胶囊高、中、低剂量组,各治疗组予相应药物灌胃7d,于第5日灌胃给药1h后采用MSU溶液踝关节腔注射制备大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型。各组大鼠于造模后48h处死并取材。光镜下观察各组大鼠踝关节滑膜组织的病理形态学改变,ELISA测定各组大鼠踝关节浸出液中NF-κB和IL-1β的表达水平。结果与模型组比较,清热排毒胶囊各剂量组和戴芬组大鼠踝关节浸出液中NF-κB和IL-1β的表达水平均显著降低(P＜0.05,P＜0.01)。病理观察结果显示,清热排毒胶囊可减轻模型大鼠踝关节滑膜组织充血、水肿及炎性细胞浸润,并改善滑膜增生等病理改变。结论清热排毒胶囊
