1、中国当代医药2015年3月第22卷第8期·五官医学·普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼的临床观察李妍1,2秦莉1．西安交通大学第一附属医院眼科，西安710061；2．西安市第四医院眼科，西安710004【摘要】目的观察普拉洛芬滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼的临床效果。方法选取本院门诊2013年9月～2014年2月确诊的100例干眼患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组50例。试验组给予普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼治疗，对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼治疗，4次／d，1滴／次，治疗28d。第7、14、28天观察两组的干眼主观症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素染色(

2、FL)评分。结果治疗前两组的干眼主观症状评分、BUT、SIt和FL评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)：治疗后7d，两组的干眼主观症状评分减少、BUT增加、SIt增加、FL评分降低，均较治疗前好转，但两组间差异无统计学意义(尸>0．05)；治疗后l4、28d，两组的干眼主观症状评分、BUT和FL评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，SIt差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。试验组结膜充血治愈率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P
