1、2014年第18卷第24期实用临床医药杂志JournalofClinicalMedicineinPractice·7·黄芪注射液对大鼠急性脊髓损伤的神经保护作用张洁妹，唐扣明(上海中山医院青浦分院药剂科，上海，201700)摘要：目的探讨黄芪注射液对急性脊髓损伤大鼠的神经保护作用及其机制。方法将40只成年健康sD大鼠随机分为4组，每纽1O只。采用改良ALLEN氏重物打击法建立脊髓损伤大鼠模型。A组给予黄芪注射液2mL／(kg·d)，连续给药14d。B组给予黄芪注射液0．5mE／(kg·d)，连续给药14

2、d。C组术后立即腹腔注射甲基强的松30mg／kg，24h内每隔4h后重复给药1次。D组给予灭菌生理用水0．5mL／(kg·d)连续14d。各组用药后1、5、1O、14d分别进行Rivlin斜板实验对大鼠脊髓功能的行为学评分进行评价，采用改良Gale联合行为评分(CBS)测定大鼠脊髓损伤后的神经学方面功能，在给药后48h测定脊髓损伤组织的重量，并根据公式计算脊髓损伤组织的含水量。结果A组各时间点Rivlin斜板度数明显高于B组和D组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；A组效果明显优于D组和B组。与D组相比
