1、中国医药导报2014年10月第11卷第30期中医中药黄芪鳖甲丸治疗肾虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究谭伟欣李国韶傅强广东省佛山市中医院骨科，广东佛山528000【摘要】目的探讨黄芪鳖甲丸治疗肾虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果及不良反应。方法选择2013年1月～2014年1月广东省佛山市中医院60例符合纳入标准的肾虚型膝关节骨性关节炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组口服黄芪鳖甲丸，对照组El服盐酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊，共服用6周，进行随访，对比两组治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(96．7％)高于对照组(66．7％)，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0．01)；治疗后

2、治疗组膝关节功能评分为(3．87+3．40)分，而对照组膝关节功能评分为(7．10~3．93)分，治疗组膝关节功能改善明显优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0．01)；治疗组不良反应率(3．3％)低于对照组(33．3％)，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0．O1)。结论黄芪鳖甲丸治疗肾虚型膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著，不良反应少。[关键词】黄芪鳖甲丸；膝关节骨性关节炎；肾虚[中图分类号】R274．843[文献标识码】A【文章编号】1673-7210(2014)10(c)-0083-05ClinicalresearchofAstragalusCarapaxTrionycisPillinthetre
