1、2013年云南大学旅游文化学院大学英语演讲比赛通知一、参赛对象：全院非英语专业2011和2012级学生二、演讲比赛内容与形式：１、报名：（5月8日——5月18日）由各班大学英语精读课教师在规定时间内组织动员报名。填写报名表（附）5月17日下午6点前将报名表交外语系办公室（用规定的报名表电子版）。２、院级初赛：（5月21日-----5月23日）比赛形式：命题演讲，题目必须从备选的题目中选择。命题演讲：选手按照规定的题目进行3分钟（正负15秒）命题演讲，要求脱稿。）3、院级决赛（6月4日-6月6日）1）、命题演讲，题目必须为初赛所备选的题目。2）即兴问答：
