1、·3662·现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine2014Nov,23(33)枸杞多糖对血虚模型小鼠血细胞的影响杨金枝,崔晓鸽(郑州澍青医学高等专科学校,河南郑州450064)[摘要]目的观察枸杞多糖对放血和环磷酰胺致血虚模型小鼠血细胞的影响。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺和放血方法复制小鼠血虚模型。将实验小鼠分为6组,每组15只。空白组于第2,4,6,8天腹腔注射生理盐水0.1mL/10g;其余各组于
2、第2,4,6,8天腹腔注射环磷酰胺40mg/kg,第9天每鼠尾部放血0.6mL/20g,制作血虚模型;枸杞多糖大、中、小剂量组第1天按10mL/(kg·d)灌胃枸杞多糖,剂量分别为26.4,l3.2和6.6g/kg,阿胶组第l天按10mL/(kg·d)灌胃阿胶3g/kg。实验过程中,每天称1次小鼠的体质量,观察,J、鼠的精神活动。用药第10天灌胃2h后,处死小鼠,摘取眼球取血液,检测红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hh)及血小板(Ph)计数。结果枸杞多糖大、中剂量组的WBC、RBC、
