2、D153(growtharrestandDNAdamage.induciblegene153)的表达,探讨高糖、hHcy及httcy和高糖共同诱导足细胞凋亡的内质网应激相关机制,观察抗氧化剂白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RES)对足细胞的保护作用。方法分化后的条件永生化小鼠足细胞分组:正常对照组、高渗组(glucose5retool/L+甘露醇15mmol/L)、高糖组(glucose20mmol/L)、hHcy组(hHcy200tmaol/I)、hHcv+高糖组(hHcy200pmol/L+glucose20mmol/L)、混合+RE
