1、1130TianjinMedJ,November2014,Vo1.42No.11高频线阵探头联合腔内凸阵探头诊断颈内动脉闭塞的价值姜薇刘洁孙微丁颖【摘要】目的探讨超声高频线阵探头与腔内凸阵探头联合应用诊断颈内动脉闭塞的临床价值,提高超声诊断的准确率。方法对490例临床怀疑缺血性脑血管病患者进行颈动脉超声检查。先以高频探头筛查出可疑颈内动脉闭塞患者,再以腔内凸阵探头进行复检,对比观察2种探头的检测结果。结果高频线阵探头筛查出可疑颈内动脉闭塞患者68例,经腔内凸阵探头复检,诊断颈内动脉闭塞者42例,颈内动脉重度狭窄者19例,颈内
