附件：校稿与校译的基本格式第一部分使用指南船长、指定的船上培训师和见习船员需注意：1、记录簿的目的：见习记录簿是根据《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》和《中华人民共和国海船船员考试和发证规则》的要求编制的，其目的是确保需要见习的船员按照结构化的培训计划，充分利用海上航行时间，在船上培训师的指导下，完成预定的见习任务。在充分完成见习任务后，就可以获得实际的工作经验和必要的海上服务资历，成为与《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》和《中华人民共和国海船船员考试和发证规则》中适任要求相一致的合格船员。2、当持有记录簿时：见习船员应完成有关个人信息的填写。见习船员应在船上培训师的指导下，按见习计划，分阶段地完成见习任务的填写。见习船员在整个见习期间应个人负责记录簿的保管。3、加入船舶后，尽可能地：见习船员应完成第二部分关于船舶技术细节内容的填写，船长和指定的船上培训师应提供进行训练的机会。船长和指定的船上培训师应检查此记录簿的记录情况，以核查见习进程。见习船员应根据船舶的实际情况，在船上培训师的指导下，制定相应的见习计划以解决适任证明的情况，在第五部分可以看到任务摘要图。4、见习船员海上资历期间：在第四部分所列出的一系列船上见习任务，应在船上培训师的指导下积极的完成。一旦上船，只要航行情况允许，此记录簿应每个星期提交给指定的船上培训师检查。船上培训的开展要及时记录。船上培训师的检查要及时记录，在对改进建议进行验证后，签名并标注日期。记录簿每个月应提交给船长检查，船长的评论要及时记录，标注日期。该评论应仅涉及见习船员的适任情况和见习进程。记录簿每两个月应提交给公司检查，公司培训师的评论要及时记录，标注日期。该评论应仅涉及见习船员的适任情况和见习进程。 SECTION1GUIDETOCOMPLETIONFortheattentionmasters,designatedonboardtrainersandtrainees1.ObjectoftherecordbookTherecordbookwasdesignedinaccordancewiththeSTCWConventionasamendedin2010andtheRegulationsofthePeople’sRepublicofChinagoverningCompetencyExaminationandCertificationforSeafarersServingonSeagoingShips,whichistohelpensurethattraineesfollowastructuredprogramoftrainingandmakebestuseoftheirtimeatseatocompletethetasksunderthedirectionofonboardtrainer.InsodoingtheywillgainthepracticaltrainingandexperiencetobecomecompetentMastersinaccordancewiththeSTCWConventionasamendedin2010andtheRegulationsfortheexaminationandcertificationofseafarersofthePeople’RepublicofChina.2.OnreceiptofthisbookThetraineeshouldcompletetheinformationofpersonalinformation.Thetraineeshouldcompletetheinformationrequiredonthefollowingpagesbystages,underthesupervisionofthedesignatedtraineronschedule.Thetraineeshouldbepersonallyresponsibleforthesafe-keepingofthisrecordbookthroughouttraining.3.UponjoiningtheshipThetraineeshouldcompleteSection2whichisconcerningtheship’sparticulars.Themasterandthedesignatedtrainingofficeronboardeachshipshouldprovideanopportunityforthisexercisetobeundertaken.Themasterandthedesignatedtrainingofficeronboardeachshipshouldinspectthisbookinordertocheckprogressalreadymade.Thetraineeshouldmakeaplantotacklethecompetencesthatstillneedtobedemonstratedunderthedirectionofthedesignatedtrainingofficer.Atasksummarychartcanbefoundinsection5.4.Throughoutthetrainee’sseagoingserviceSections4,whichcontainsalistofonboardtrainingtasks,shouldbeprogressivelycompletedunderthedirectionofthedesignatedtrainingofficer.TheBookshouldbesubmittedtothedesignatedtrainingofficerforinspectiononjoiningtheship,sofarasthevoyagepatternallows,everyweek.Thetrainingprogressshouldberecordedintime.Theinspectionofthedesignatedtrainingofficershouldalsoberecordedintimeandsignedwithhisnameandthedateafterinspectingtheareaforimprovements.TheBookshouldbesubmittedtothemasterforinspectioneverymonthandthemaster’scommentsshouldberecordedwithdatetimely.Commentsshouldonlyrelatetothetrainee’spracticalprogressandcompetence.
