2、疗效及KPS评分、体质量等指标的改善情况及不良反应发生情况。蛄果I组、Ⅲ组有效率显著高于Ⅱ组(P均<0．05)，Ⅲ组与I组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；治疗后Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组生活质量均较治疗前显著改善(P均<0．05)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，I组改善不明显；治疗后Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组体质量增加，与I组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0．05)；Ⅲ组不良反应较I组显著减轻(P<0．05)，Ⅱ组无明显不良反应。蛄论肺癌I号方能够提高老年Ⅲ一Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量，联合化疗时可减轻化疗不良反应，提高疗效。[关键词]老年人；Ⅲb一
