2、4002)【摘要】目的：评价非小细胞肺癌(non—smallcelllungcancer，NSCLC)患者的外周静脉血循环肿瘤细胞(circulatingtumorcells，CTC)计数的临床应用价值。方法：收集2013年1月一2013年12月无锡市第二人民医院诊断的50例NSCLC作为研究对象，同时收集良性肺部疾病患者3s例及28例体检健康者。采集上述各研究组静脉血标本，检测静脉血CTC的数量，≥8．7单位判定为阳性。分析CTC计数与患者年龄、性别、病理类型及临床分期之间的关系。结果：NSCLC患者CTC计数显著高于良性肺部疾病对照组和健康对照组
