2、配合GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪分娩，硬膜外组给予硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩，对照组给予传统方式分娩。比较三组产妇产程时间、各产程疼痛程度、剖宫产率、新生儿评分及产后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较，导乐组与硬膜组产程时间明显缩短，疼痛程度明显减轻，剖宫产率明显降低，新生JLApgar评分明显提高，产后并发症明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；而导乐组干预效果优于硬膜组，两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论导乐分娩配合GT-4A导乐分娩镇痛仪能有效降低患者分娩疼痛，改善无痛分娩质量，减轻无痛分娩术后并发症
