1、高校教育成本核算研究摘要高等学校教育成本核算是高校管理的一个重要组成部分，也是高校财务管理中的一个重要环节。长期以来，人们把高等教育当作纯消费性事业，在这种观念指导下，高校财务管理只是预算收支金额，从不计算成本。随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展，市场对人才的需求和人才价值的不断提升，推动了高等教育的迅猛发展，高校的办学体制也发生了较大的变化，我国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转变，高等教育的迅速发展使得教育经费的需求与教育经费的供给之间的矛盾日益突出。因此，优化教育资源配置、提高资金使用效益变得越来越重要。高校进行成本核算不仅是缓解办学经费不足的重要

2、手段，而且体现了社会对高校的现实要求和高校改革与发展的客观需要，进行高校教育成本核算已成为高校的必然选择。高校教育成本核算既是理论研究的课题，更是实践的课题。本文在参阅国外对高等教育成本核算最新研究成果的基础上，牢牢立足于我国当前高等教育实际，密切与现实相结合，力争在前瞻性与现实性、理论与实践以及综合与创新的结合上，对高等教育成本核算方法及其应用进行研究。关键词：高等学校；教育成本；成本核算方法AbstractThecostofhighereducationisanimportantpartofthemanagementofcollegesanduni
