1、云南省水稻品种稻瘟病抗性差异与遗传多样性相关研究 摘要:在云南省选取6个试验点收集160个水稻品种,用24对SSR引物对其进行遗传多样性分析;同时选取云南省近7年的8个稻瘟病优势小种菌株对160个水稻品种进行人工混合接种,分析水稻不同品种的抗性差异。结果显示,云南省水稻品种具有丰富的遗传多样性,24个位点检测到324个等位基因,群体香农指数为0.347~1.719。160个品种在相似系数0.101~0.996之间存在显著的遗传变异。各试验点水稻品种遗传多样性分布不均匀,由高到低依次为:永德>元阳>石屏
2、>保山>玉溪>石林。160个水稻品种的抗性差异明显,其中抗病品种31个、中抗品种38个、中感品种83个、感病品种8个。按试验点排列,抗病品种比例由高到低依次为:元阳>保山>石屏>永德>玉溪/石林。将160个水稻品种的遗传多样性指数与其稻瘟病抗性进行Pearson相关性检验。结果表明,水稻品种的稻瘟病病级与香农指数、多态位点百分率和期望杂合度呈极显著负相关。云南省水稻品种的群体遗传多样性水平越高,群体对稻瘟病的抗性水平越高。 关键词:水稻;稻瘟病;抗性差异;遗传多样性 中图分类号:S435.111;S
