1、422医2015年3月第37卷第3期HeheiJTCM．March2015，Vol37，No．3doi：10．3969／j．issn．1002—2619．2015．03．037参附注射液对胸部肿瘤放疗患者放射性肺损伤的影响毕建强孙云川(河北省沧州中西结合医院放疗科，河北‘沧州061001)【摘要】目的通过观察分析参附注射液对胸部放疗患者血清中白细胞介素一6(IL一6)水平的变化，探究其对放射性肺损伤的预防作用。方法将50例需行放疗的胸部肿瘤患者随机分为2组。治疗组26例，放疗开始同时给予参附注射液静脉滴注；对照组24例，放疗开始时给予等量5％葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注。观察2组放疗

2、前和放疗开始后6周患者IL一6水平变化，并比较疗效。结果治疗组放射性肺损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0．05)，且发生时间晚于对照组(P<0．05)。放疗后2组患者IL一6水平均明显增加(P<0．05)，且发生放射性肺损伤患者增加更明显(P<0．05)；2组放疗后6周IL一6水平较本组放疗前均有明显升高，但治疗组增加幅度低于对照组(P<0．05)。结论参附注射液对放射性肺损伤有一定的预防作用，可以降低IL一6水平，预防放射性肺炎发生。【关键词】胸部肿瘤；放射治疗；白细胞介素6；中药疗法【中图分类号】R730．55；R734．2【文献标识码】A【文章编号】11302—2619(20
