1、2050临床肺科杂志2014年11月第19卷第11期阿米福汀在非小细胞肺癌放疗中对正常组织的保护研究赵衍【摘要】目的分析阿米福汀在非小细胞肺癌放疗中对正常组织的作用。方法随机选取我院治疗的137例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方案分为观察组69例(放疗加阿米福汀)和对照组68例(单纯放疗)，对比分析两组患者的疗效以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率56．52％，对照组总有效率54．41％，经统计学比较，P>0．05，无显著性差异；观察组放射性肺损伤发生率15．94％，且未发生V级损伤，对照组放射性肺损

2、伤发生率30．88％，V级损伤发生率为2．94％，经统计学分析，P<0．05，存在显著性差异；观察组治疗后血红蛋白118．26±32．49g／L，白细胞(5．11±1．28)x10／L，血小板(213．97±40．38)x10／L，CD3+(57．19±10．21)％，CD；(45．63±10．58)％，NK细胞(21．15±7．69)％，与对照组比较，P<0．05，存在显著性差异。结论在非小细胞肺癌放疗中阿米福汀能够有效保护正常组织，有效降低副反应。【关键词】阿米福汀；非小细胞肺癌；放疗Amifosti
