6、计条件:工作面长度150米;倾角15°;煤层平均厚度2.5米;顶板中等稳定;截割阻抗A=230N/mm;煤层的普式系数f=4。2、任务和要求(1)确定采煤机、刮板运输机、液压支架的型号和参数的验算。(2)各设备匹配尺寸和参数的验算,完成一综采设备之间的配套尺寸关系平面布置图。二、选型的基本原则1、采煤机(1)采煤机必须满足煤层开采厚度和煤的切割阻力的需要,要与煤层的倾角向适应。(2)采煤机以最小的电耗获得最大的采煤速度即生产能力,以获得最大的块度。(3)要考虑与支架和运输机配套,与支架移置速度和运输机运煤能力适应。(4)具有外喷污灭尘装置以及
