1、《中国医学创新》第10卷第3o期(总第276期)2013年1o月经验体会dingyantihu干扰素治疗慢性丙肝所致间质性肺炎的临床特征分析干泳华①【摘要】目的：探讨分析干扰素治疗慢性丙肝所致间质性肺炎的临床特征。方法：选取本院2008年1月一2012年12月期间运用干扰素治疗慢性肝病所致间质性肺炎患者8例，其中男5例，女3例，年龄34～52岁，平均38．2岁。8例患者均立即中断抗病毒药物的治疗，同时给予糖皮质激素治疗，然后连续3d甲强龙2．0g／d冲击治疗，接着连续2周以上强尼松40mg／d治疗。结果：本组8例

2、干扰素治疗慢性丙肝所致间质性肺炎的患者中，其中7例患者均恢复良好，恢复时间为2～12周，平均6．5周，有效率87．5％；1例患者因病情加剧导致呼吸窘迫综合征死亡，为单独应用的干扰素患者，死亡率12．5％。结论：运用干扰素治疗慢性丙肝，会有发生间质性肺炎的可能，因此在对慢性丙肝患者治疗的时候，应该尽量避免干扰素的单独应用，尽可能的联合其他药物进行治疗，减少毒副作用的发生。‘【关键词】干扰素；慢性丙肝；间质性肺炎；l床分析InterferonintheTreatmentofClinicalFeaturesofInte
