1、中国中西医结合杂志2014年5月第34卷第5期CJITWM,May2014,Vo1.34,No.5当飞利肝宁片治疗抗精神病药物所致轻度肝功能损伤疗效观察吴伟梯’陈文斌陈晓烨’摘要目的观察当飞利肝宁片治疗精神病药物所致肝功能损伤的疗效。方法将服用抗精神病药物导致轻度肝功能损伤的8O例住院精神病患者随机分为当飞利肝宁片治疗组(治疗组,40例)和护肝片治疗组(对照组,4O例),治疗组口服当飞利肝宁片,每次2片,每天3次;对照组口服护肝片,每次4片,每天3次,两组均治疗4周。观察治疗前及治疗1、2、4周后AL
2、T、AST变化情况,比较两组疗效。结果与本组前一时间点比较,两组治疗1、2、4周ALT、AST逐渐降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为72.5%、97.5%,对照组治愈率、总有效率分别为62.5%、90.0%,两组治愈率及总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论当飞利肝宁片可以安全有效地治疗抗精神病药物所致肝功能损伤。关键词当飞利肝宁片;护肝片;药物性肝损伤;保肝作用;谷丙转氨酶;谷草转氨酶TreatmentofAntipsychoticsInducedM
