2、IL-27浓度[(364．19±177．55)pg／m1]高于对照组[(255．494-94．33)pg／ml，P<0．O1]；ROC分析IL-27和AFP判断肝癌的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0．804和0．818，两者对诊断均有统计学意义(P<0．01)；Logistic逐步回归得出的AFP和IL-27回归模型预测值(PRE)，判断肝癌的ROC曲线下面积0．901、敏感度84．8％、特异度96．7％较两指标单独诊断时明显提高。结论本研究获得AFP和IL-27的诊断模型，可用于对肝癌的联合诊断。[关键词]肝肿瘤／诊断；早期诊
