1、中国当代医药2014年10月第21卷第28期药物与临床卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的效果分析周宏刚陕西省安康市人民医院药剂科，陕西安康725000【摘要】目的研究卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2011年l2月～2012年l2月来本院就诊治疗的老年糖尿病合并高血压86例患者的临床资料，将患者随机分为观察组、对照组，每组各43例。观察组服用卡托普利12．5mg，3次，d，联合硝苯地平缓释片20mg，2次／d，口服，对照组只服用卡托普利12．5mg，8周为1个疗程，比较两组的临床效果、收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(D

2、BP)的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP较治疗前和对照组有显著变化(P<0．05)。结论ACEI类药物联合CCB类药物治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果显著优于单药，长期控制血压的能力以及服药依从性相对较强，值得临床推广。【关键词】老年人；糖尿病；高血压；卡托普利；硝苯地平缓释片【中图分类号】R587．1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2014)10(a)一0089—03Efectanalysisofcaptoprilcombinedwithnifedipinesustained-releasetabletinthe
