2、n』eu!I1坠!，．，：帕金森病患者外周血纯真、记忆和调节T细胞亚群分析郝娟于顺陈彪李尧华摘要：目的研究帕金森病(PD)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化，并探讨其在疾病进程中的意义。方法选取典型的原发性PD患者34例及健康对照35名，采用流式细胞术检测外周血淋巴细胞中纯真(naive)、记忆(memory)及调节性(regulatory)T细胞亚群百分比，比较两组间各T细胞亚群的差异。结果与对照组比较，PD患者外周血T淋巴细胞中杀伤性纯真T细胞亚群(CD8。CD45RA

3、—CD45RO一)百分比明显增高(P<0．01)，杀伤性记忆T细胞亚群(cD8CD45RA—CD45RO)和调节性T细胞亚群(CD4。。CD25FoxP3。)百分比均明显降低(P<0．01)，而辅助性纯真T细胞亚群(CD4。。CD45RACD45RO)和辅助性记忆T细胞亚群(CD4CD45RA—CD45RO。)与健康者比较无统计学差异。结论PD患者外周血淋巴细胞中杀伤性纯真T细胞亚群、杀伤性记忆T细胞亚群及调节性T细胞亚群百分比与健康者间存在统计学差异，细胞免疫失衡可能参与了PD的病理进程。关键词：帕金森病；T淋巴细胞亚群；
