2、用灌胃方式染毒0.2mg/kg硝酸镧,对照组及糖尿病组均每日给予等剂量的生理盐水,每天1次,连续染毒1个月。检测肝、肾组织中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(GFF)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GLDH)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ICDH)、细胞角蛋白酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肽水解酶(LAP)、磷酸单酯水解酶(AKP)的活力。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组和硝酸镧组大鼠肝组织中GOT、GPT活力均升高,而糖尿病组大鼠肝组织中LDH、HBDH、LAP和ICDH活力均降低,差异有统计学意义(尸l<0.01,P<0.05);GLD
