2、照组各37例血清标本;用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT—qPCR)检测miR一132和miR-212的水平,并分析其与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果与健康对照组及其他肝病组比较,PBC患者血清miR.132和miR-212的水平显著降低(P均<0.05)。PBC组血清miR一132与ALP、AST呈负相关(r=一0.67,r=一0.61,P均<0.05);而血清miR-212与ALP、AST无相关性(r=一0.34,r=一0.25,P均>0.05)。结论miR一132和miR-212可能参与了PBC的发病机制,有望作为PBC的诊断和治疗靶点。关键词:微小RNA.132
