2、痛症状积分变化，以判定l】盏床疗效，同时从两组中各随机抽取30例进行治疗前后经期血浆血管加压素(AVP)含量变化的检测。结果：治疗组总有效率为95．35％，对照组为80．95％，治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0．05)；两组头痛症状积分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0．01)，且治疗组降低明显(P<0．01)；两组血浆AVP含量较治疗前均明显降低(P<0．05)，但治疗组趋势略优。结论：体针与耳穴贴压并用对肝火旺盛型经行头痛有明显疗效，其作用机制之一可能是通过调节血浆AVP的异常水平而发挥止痛效应。关键词：经行头痛；肝火旺盛型；体针；耳
