1、任石提3(目的:本研究采用直观模拟标尺法(VAS)、痛经症状评分量表作为观察指标，对比观察耳穴贴压法、体针针刺法对原发性痛经患者的即刻止痛效应及缓解痛经症状的疗效差异，以期为临床提供简便、有效的治疗方法，并进一步探讨耳穴贴压及体针针刺治疗原发性痛经的理论机理。方法:本研究共观察60例痛经患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组(耳压组)、对照组(体针针刺组)。治疗组取内生殖器、内分泌、肝、’肾、皮质下、神门、交感。对照组取关元、地机、三阴交。分别比较治疗前与第一次治疗结束30分钟后VAS疼痛积分及治疗前与疗程结束后痛经症状评分量表积分，并进行两组疗效比较。结果:1.两组治疗后

2、VAS的组内比较有非常显著差异性(尸<0.01)，治疗组与对照组组间比较有显著差异性(只0.05)。2.两组治疗后痛经症状评分的组内比较有非常显著差异性(尸<0.01)，治疗组与对照组的组间比较无显著差异性(尸>0.05)。3.在两组两疗程结束疗效比较方面，治疗组与对照组的组间比较无显著差异性(尸>0.05)。结论:1.两种方法治疗原发性痛经都有效，在即刻止痛方面，耳压组优于体针针刺组。2.在缓解痛经症状和疗程结束疗效比较方面，耳压组与体针针刺组无差异。关键词耳穴贴压;体针针刺;原发性痛经AComParisonandObservationonTheraPeuticE
