1、·28·空军医学杂志2014年3月第30卷第1期MedicalJournalofAirForce,Vo1.30,No.1,March,2014●论著·普通医学●Thl7细胞及白介素-17在系统性红斑狼疮发病中的作用黄志芳,李新伦,李红霞,伦立德[摘要]目的探讨Th17细胞及白介素-17(IL一17)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病中的作用。方法以SLE患者及健康志愿者为研究对象,流式细胞术检测外周血Th17细胞比例,ELISA法检测血清IL一17浓度,并与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)进行相关分析。结果①SLE患者外周血Thl7细胞占T细胞比例为(2.51-+-0.76)%,缝康对照
2、组Thl7细胞比例为(0.68±0.23)%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=17.2,P<0.01);②SLE患者血清IL一17浓度为(114.2±17.1)pg/ml,健康志愿者血清IL一17浓度为(52.2±6.9)pg/ml,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=24.3,P<0.01);③SLE患者SLEDAI评分与外周血Th17~胞比例(r=0.74,P<0.01)及血清IL一17浓度=0.71,P<0.01)呈正相关。结论Th17细胞及IL—l7可能在SLE发病过程中发挥作用,以二者为靶向的治疗具有应用前景。[关键词]系统性红斑狼疮;Thl7;白介素-17;发病机制[中图分类号
