2、白兔2O只。在超声引导下将射频针置于猪肝及兔肝内进行消融,分别得到消融灶20个。RFA结束后采用RTE观察消融灶,测量消融灶最大切面的左右径及前后径并计算面积,与大体标本测量值进行比较。结果:消融结束后RTE图像显示离体猪肝及活体兔肝消融灶呈均匀蓝色.与周围组织分界清楚。Pearson相关分析显示离体猪肝RFA术后RTE测量消融灶面积与大体标本测量结果呈显著相关(r=0.91,P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示活体兔肝RFA术后RTE测量消融灶面积与大体标本测量结果亦具有较好的相关性(r=0.49,P<0.05)。结论
