1、解剖科学进展ProgressofAnatomicalSciences2014May,20(3):229—232EGCG对ConA诱导的肝损伤小鼠TNF一0c与IL一17表达的影响刘冬梅,张晶,王晓非‘(中国医科大学附属盛京医院风湿免疫科,辽宁沈阳110004)【摘要】目的探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对conA诱导的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法40只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、EGCG对照组、ConA模型组及EGCG+ConA组。采用HE法检测小鼠肝脏形态学改变,ELISA法检测血清ALT、AST的变
