1、主轴的加工工艺及数控设计娄底职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)说明书题目主轴加工工艺及数控编程学生系别机电工程系专业班级机电一体化(09机大三班)指导教师同组同学开题时间20111120完成时间20111224-24-主轴的加工工艺及数控设计摘要机械制造业是一个国家技术进步和社会发展的支柱产业之一,无论是传统产业,还是新兴产业,都离不开各式各样的机械装备。而加快产品上市的时间,提高质量,降低成本,加强服务是制造业追求的永恒主题。此篇论文主要内容是对CA6140主轴加工工艺路线进行的研究、设计和数控编程,其中包括了各道工序的加工方法,机床、刀具、夹具、辅具、量具的
2、选择,准面的选取,定位,夹紧方案的拟定和数控加工程序编写。通过本次毕业设计对典型轴类零件的设计有了很深的认识,本次设计概括了我所学的知识,加深了对本专业的认识水平。本次设计就是进行数控加工工艺设计典型轴类零件,侧重于设计该零件的数控加工工艺和编程,主要设计内容有:完成该零件的工艺规程(包括工艺过程卡、工序卡和数控刀具卡)和主要工序的工装设计。并绘制零件图、夹具图。用G代码编制该零件的数控加工程序,再则学习CAD/UG相关知识,并编制其构架。使设计有了一定的版图。关键词:轴夹具工艺数控编程CAD/UG-24-主轴的加工工艺及数控设计AbstractMachi
