1、2014年3月山西林业科技Mat.2014第43卷第1期SHANXIF0REsTRYSCIENCEANDTECHN0L0GYVo1.43No.1低温胁迫对核桃抗寒性指标的影响贺奇(山西省林业科学研究院,山西太原030012)摘要:笔者以晋RS.1系核桃砧木、中林1号、鲁光、晋香1年生枝条为试材,设置0oC,一l0℃,一℃,一30℃,一40℃5个温度梯度处理,分析低温胁迫对4个不同品种(系)核桃超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,随着温度的降低,参试核桃品种SOD活性总体呈现先升后降的趋势,晋香和鲁光的S
