1、齐鲁护理杂志2014年第20卷第13期信息支持对ART孕妇在妊娠期间受孕情况的影响柯玩娜，吴嘉齐，谭爱玲(中山市博爱医院广东中山528403)【摘要】目的：探讨信息支持对辅助生殖技术(ART)孕妇负性情绪、应对方式及受孕率的影响。方法：将行体外受精一胚胎植入治疗的85例孕妇根据随机数字表分为观察组43例和对照组42例，对照组实施常规性护理，观察组在此基础上通过建立不孕症QQ群及定期开展健康宣教讲座给予孕妇生殖健康支持。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、应对方式改善情况，并记录两组受孕成功率及流产率。结果：与护理前比较，护理后两组孕妇SAS、SDS评分显著下降(P

2、<0．05)，应对方式和各维度评分明显升高(P<0．05)，而护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0．05)，应对方式和各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0．05)；随访1年，观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组，而流产率则低于对照组(P<0．05)。结论：信息支持能有效改善ART孕妇负性情绪，提高孕妇对自身及环境的应对能力，降低不良妊娠结局发生率，提高孕妇受孕率。【关键词】信息支持；辅助生殖技术；应对方式；受孕率中图分类号：R473．71文献标识码：ADOI：10．3969／j．issn．1006—7256．2014．13．014文章编号：1006—7
