1、·6·护理实践与研究2014年第11卷第8期·临床研究·产后早期综合康复治疗对盆底神经肌电生理的影响姚志翠桑文淑杨素勉李平何雪菊摘要目的:探讨产后盆底肌综合康复治疗对盆底神经肌电生理的影响,评估盆底肌功能的康复情况。方法:将162例经阴道分娩的初产妇采用掷币方法分为对照组8O例和治疗组82例。治疗组于产后24h进行盆底肌综合训练,产后42d进行生物反馈一电刺激治疗;对照组仅在产后给予一般性康复指导。产后3个月分别测量两组产妇的盆底肌I类、Ⅱ类肌纤维电压,盆底肌收缩力及盆底器官脱垂情况,从而评估盆底肌功能的康复情况。结果
