2、结果手术结束后及术后3d的CD62p表达水平分别与麻醉诱导前比较，差异均无统计学意义(P均>0．05)；手术结束后的CD63表达水平与麻醉诱导前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，但术后3d与麻醉诱导前比较，差异无统计学意义(P均>0．05)。结论全麻手术后血小板的活化有明显的增强。增加患者术后发生血栓的风险。【关键词】全麻手术；流式细胞术；CD62p；CD63doi：10．3969／j．issn．1674-7151．2013．03．012Theinfluenceofsurgeryundergeneralan
