2、比较各菌株茵落直径、产孢量、胞外蛋白酶产生水平等生物学特征指标的差异。[结果]获得的9个分离菌株均为球孢白僵茵(BeauveriabassianaVuillemin);各菌株对家蚕都有较强致病力,且致病力有一定差异;各菌株菌落生长直径、产孢量及胞外蛋白酶活性均存在较大差异,并与其对家蚕的致病力之间存在相关关系。[结论]各菌株产孢量和胞外蛋白酶活性与其对家蚕的致病力之间存在显著正相关。关键词球孢白僵菌;生物学特性;致病力;家蚕中图分类号S881.2文献标识码A文章编号0517—6611(2012)28—13799—03RelationshipbetweenBiol
