1、供应商论文：TD公司供应商管理研究【中文摘要】供应商的有效管理对采购商的稳定发展是非常重要的。供应商的资质,决定了供应商的服务素质；供应商供应物料的价格,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的制造成本；供应商供应物料的品质,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的品质；供应商供应物料的时间,一定程度上决定了采购商产品的制造时间。供应商管理主要涉及供应商的选择与评估、供应商的绩效考核以及与供应商建立战略合作关系等方面。供应商管理是供应链管理的基础和重要内容。供应商是采购商持续发展的优势资源。供应商供应的物料是否满足最终用户对成本、品质及多样性等方面的要求,决定了采购商在市场上的产品竞
2、争力。本文以TD公司的供应商管理现状为例,主要从五个方面进行分析。第一,分析了选题的背景及,综述了国内外的相关研究成果,以及实施供应商管理研究的实践意义；第二,从理论上对供应商管理进行分析,阐述供应商评鉴与选择、分类以及战略合作等内容；第三,针对TD公司现状,对TD公司的供应商管理现状进行分析；第四,结合供应商管理的相关理论,分析TD公司供应商管理的不足之处及原因；第五,提出改善措施,即完善供应商管理组织及流程改造、构建与供应商的信息交流与共享制度、完善激励机制、引入准时采购制度和供应商管理库存制度、与优秀供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系等。【英文摘要】Thesup
