1、xx股份有限公司私车公用管理制度随着公司的快速发展，办公用车需求日益增长，为提高工作效率，节约公司运营成本，本着“必需节俭，效益优先”的原则，采取私车公用补贴及公司员工交通费报销相结合的管理办法。对公司员工私车公用制定本管理办法。第一条本办法适用于公司各部门人员的私车公用管理。私车公用员工应与公司签订私车公用租赁合同后，方可按本办法执行。第二条本办法所称的私车公用是指符合一定条件的人员，将其私有汽车用于公务活动，私有汽车必须是各种手续完备、已交纳车辆保险等相关规费、安全性能良好，能确保行车安全、正常行驶的车辆。
