2、6h，收集细胞，加入荧光标记单抗进行表面分子和胞内染色，然后在流式细胞仪上检测各实验组中CD3p细胞和CD378细胞胞内IFN一7的表达。结果：正常人各抗原实验组CD3B细胞和CD378细胞胞内产生IFN一7细胞比率较阴性组对照组升高(P<0．O1)。各抗原刺激组CD378细胞产生IFN一7细胞比率明显高于CD3B细胞(P<0．05一P<0．01)。3种抗原刺激组间CD3dp细胞和CD38细胞无明显不同(P>0．05)。结论：HDMAPP、Mtb—HAg和Mtb—HAg(10k)均可以刺激外周血中T细胞中B和8细胞群产生IFN一，均可特异性诱导刺激CD37
