2、APD分析,结果表明:用单因素法优化后的蓖麻果刺相关性状的RAPD—PCR反应体系为Taqpolymerase0.9LLL、10×Bufer2.5p.L、dNTP2.5L、Mg1.3IxL、SBS126号Primer1.4tzL、DNA1.4ILL、ddH2O15.0L,Total25;优化后的反应条件为94oC4min30;94℃45s,38℃45s,72℃45s,35个循环;72℃5rain;4℃保存。利用优化后的反应体系与反应条件,在果实有刺材料中得到了约1800bp的片段,测序结果表明,9个材料的条带上游同源性非常差,但
