1、３２３６重庆医学２０１３年９月第４２卷第２７期·临床研究·倡影像导航鼻内镜系统在不同慢性鼻窦炎中的应用△李忠万，方红雁，高明华，何丹，李劲松（重庆市第三人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科４０００１４）摘要：目的比较影像导航进行慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术与传统鼻内镜手术的疗效和并发症的发生情况。方法选取８１例慢性鼻窦炎患者在影像导航下行鼻内镜手术（导航组），与１１１例慢性鼻窦炎传统鼻内镜手术患者（非导航组）在疗效、并发症等进行比较。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ型鼻窦炎导航组与非导航组治疗有效率、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞０．０５）；Ⅲ型鼻窦炎导航组与非导

2、航组有效率、并发症发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜０．０５）。导航组与非导航组并发症总的发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜０．０５）；Haller气房、Onodi气房非鼻丘气房导航组与非导航组有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞０．０５）；鼻丘气房额隐窝或额窦区的解剖畸形导航组与非导航组总的有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜０．０５）。结论对于Ⅲ型慢性鼻窦炎、慢性额窦炎患者，应用影像导航鼻内镜手术是合理的选择，能提高手术疗效及精确性，减少并发症的发生。关键词：鼻窦炎；内窥镜；外科手术，计算机辅助doi：１０．３９６９／j．issn．１６７
