1、加强岗位培训提高全员素质（**年上半年培训总结）各位领导、各位同事，大家下午好！今天有机会和大家在这里一起共同探讨部门培训经验，我感到十分的荣幸；下面我就我们宾馆上半年的培训工作在此做个小结，还请各位领导和同事多多批评指教。根据年初制定的培训计划，结合宾馆员工在岗的实践操作情况，我们宾馆在积极接待好正常客情的同时，及时调整各岗位培训内容，补缺补漏，尽可能地让每个员工能尽快地掌握岗位技能、提高服务意识。俗话说，铁打的营盘流水的兵，宾馆服务人员就是一个不断移动的棋子，今天在这个岗位，明天不知道又跳到了哪个点；因此，只有
2、不断地加强岗位培训，才能使员工的业务技能真正地得到提高，使员工的综合素质得到加强；我们重点抓好三方面的培训：即新员工入职培训、岗前培训及在岗培训。下面就这三方面培训作个简要的阐述：入职培训：针对宾馆员工进出太过频繁、零散，给我们的培训工作带来一定的难度，所以对新招聘的新员工，首先进行入职登记，然后再对其进行个别的进店教育，进店的基本培训内容包括：整个集团和宾馆的大体概况、劳动纪律要求、岗位基本礼节礼貌要求等；时间为2-3天，（由于人员相对零散，新员工的军训一般集中到海燕大酒店统一进行），然后再根据各个员工的个体情况
