2、实深刻体会到这一点。当天我们共进行了“撕纸”、“齐眉棍”、“信任背摔”、“高空单杠”、“孤岛求生”、“毕业墙”等6个项目。在进行“信任背摔”这个项目时，每个人接受完同事的充电、鼓励后站在高台上，身体直直的向后倒下，这需要多大的勇气与信任?但是我们每个人都勇敢地站上去，勇敢地摔下来，这原于什么，原于我们对团队的信任。是的，相互信任是团队建设的基石，离开信任的团队是松散的团队，是毫无战斗力的团队，建立一支相互信任的团队，比任何激励都重要，而同益恰恰就是这样一支团队。在最后的“毕业墙”organizationsystema
