1、警用指纹识别技术研究及软件实现赵燕摘要:随着社会经济的迅速发展，法制建设的逐渐健全以及人们法律意识的不断增强，对公安工作提出了更高的要求。只有将传统侦查手段与科技相结合，才能更有效地打击犯罪维护社会治安。指纹识别技术作为当今应用最为广泛的生物特征识别技术，是刑事侦查的重要信息资源。本文从生物识别技术出发，指出指纹识别的优越性和意义。在此基础上介绍指纹识别系统的四部分组成，指纹图像采集、指纹图像处理、指纹特征值提取、指纹比对。文章着重研究指纹匹配算法，分析指纹三大匹配算法：基于图形的匹配算法、基于结构匹配算法和点模式匹配算法，比较算法之间的优劣，重点介绍基于中心点的指纹匹配算法和基于遗传

2、算法的指纹匹配算法。在研究的基础上提出一种基于相对距离的方法进行匹配的算法，将点模式的优点和基于结构的特征点之间的相对距离不变性、特征点类型不变性很好结合起来。关键词：指纹识别；比对PoliceFingerprintIdentificationtechnologyresearchandsoftwarerealizingAbstract:Withsocialrapiddevelopmentofeconomyandcommunicationsdaybyday,andtheconsciousnessoflegalconstructiongraduallyenhanced,haveputfor
