2、形螨总感染率为6.16％；男生感染率（7.34％）高于女生（4.9％）；感染虫种多为毛囊蠕形螨，少数为皮脂蠕形螨，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.538，P＜0.05）；采用清水、香皂、洗面奶、药皂四种洗脸方式间差异有统计学意义（χ2=1.526，P＜0.05）；学生住校与住家的感染率差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.972，P＜0.05）；面额部的检出率高于其他部位，且油性与中性皮肤较干性皮肤检出率高，差异有统计学意义（χ2=1.314，P＜0.05）。结论：永平县龙门乡中学生面部存在蠕形螨感染的情况，应加强对学生面
