2、级甲等医院253名ICU护士进行调查,从其对ICU获得性衰弱的概念、评估诊断、危险因素、早期干预适应证及干预方法5个方面的认知进行问卷调查。结果调查护士中ICU获得性衰弱知识得分中位数为22.00分,四分位数间距为10.04分,11.5%的护士完全不知晓ICU获得性衰弱相关知识,仅8.7%的护士对相关知识了解较多,60.9%的护士对ICU获得性衰弱干预实践认知较差,23.7%的护士最近一次获取相关知识是在1个月内,且ICU护士获取护理新知识主要途径来源于同事间交流(占93.0%)及教科书(占67.6%)。结论ICU护士对ICU获得性
