6、ps,with选择SD大鼠75只,随机分1,2,3,4,8wk共5个时间段,每时间段15只,对大鼠下颌骨下缘作一4.0mm×2.5mm的15ineachgroup.Aftera4.0mm×2.5mmrectangular矩形骨缺损区,分别用大小为1.5mm×2.5mm×4.0mm的bonedefectwasproducedatthebottomlineofthemandib2nano2HA材料、HA材料修复缺损区,另设一组空白对照组.ular,4.0mm×2.5mm×1.5mmnano2HAorHAwasre2分期取
7、出缺损区骨组织,进行肉眼观察、光镜和免疫组化spectivelyusedtorepairthebonedefectarea.Acontrol(TGF2β1)检测,最后对免疫组化检测结果量化并进行统计学groupwassetupsimultaneously.Theanimalswerekilled分析.结果:大体观察见nano2HA修复组缺损区骨痂出现早at1,2,3,4and8weeksrespectivelyaftertheoperation而厚.光镜见nano2HA组骨细胞增生活跃,1wk有新生骨形andthes
