2、DC值,并进行对比分析。结果(1)9例单发脑转移瘤均表现为边界清晰的类圆形病灶,瘤周水肿带范围较广。10例高级别胶质瘤表现为不规则斑片状(n=6)或类圆形(n=4),边界清(n=4)或不清(n=6),瘤周水肿带不如转移瘤明显。(2)单发脑转移瘤和高级别胶质瘤肿瘤实质部分ADC值分别为-32-32(1.11±0.19)×10mm/s和(1.43±0.33)×10mm/s,两者比较差异无统计学意义(t=2.15,P=0.05)。单发脑转移瘤和-32-32高级别胶质瘤瘤周水肿区ADC值分别为(1.69±0.22)×10mm/s和(1.24±0.1
