1、07省道改建工程第三合同段软土路基地段地基处理及路基填筑作业指导书软土路基地段地基处理及路基填筑作业指导书一、特殊地基处理本合同段的特殊地基处理有塑料排水板、水泥搅拌桩、薄壁筒桩、预应力管桩四种形式；其中塑料排水板、水泥搅拌桩处理地段，路基填筑顶面要进行超载预压。⑴塑料排水板①材料要求采用可测深式塑料排水板，其规格为：长度≤10m时，厚度为4.0mm，其通水量≥50cm3/s，宽度为10cm；长度>10m时，厚度为4.5mm，其通水量≥65cm3/s，宽度为10cm。塑料排水板在碎石垫层中的埋留长度≥30cm。施工之前
2、应将塑料排水板堆放在现场，并加以覆盖，以防暴露在空气中老化。土工格栅要求：a、A型土工格栅：延伸率≤10%，纵向抗拉强度≥50KN/m，横向抗拉强度≥35KN/m；b、B型土工格栅：延伸率≤3%，纵向抗拉强度≥100KN/m，横向抗拉强度≥80KN/m；②施工顺序清基后先铺30cm碎石垫层，再进行打设塑料板，铺设第一层土工格栅，再铺设剩余的20cm碎石垫层，第二层铺设在50cm碎石垫层之上，其上一层填料压实后铺设第三层。施工工艺按以下程序进行：原地面整平→铺设下层碎石→机具就位→塑料排水板穿靴→插入套管→激振锤沉入→拔
3、出套管→割断塑料排水板→机具移位→铺设第一层土工格栅→铺设上层碎石→铺设第二层土工格栅→宕渣填筑→超载预压。③施工要点塑料排水板施工时，利用插板机插入软土地层中，插板时，将排水板经导管上部滚轮，穿入穿带窗，至下端出口与桩靴相连；开动插板机，导管顶住桩靴将排水板插入设计深度；拔出导管，排水板便留在土中，然后剪断，即完成一根排水板的插设。插板作业过程见图3-1-1。A插板作业前先了解地下有无障碍物，然后平整场地。清水混凝土的配合比设计中，要针对当地水泥、砂石、外掺料及外加剂等原材料影响混凝土质量的多种因素进行分析，确定主要
