1、员工绩效管理办法第一章总则第一条 适用人员范围本管理办法适用于能源有限公司全体员工,包含合同制职工和劳务派遣工。第二条 员工绩效管理工作原则一、客观公正地评价员工业绩,绩效指标、考核结果、奖惩兑现要公开;二、所有员工都要纳入绩效管理,都要参与绩效管理的全部过程中;三、既关注考核指标是否实现,也关注计划落实、措施执行和改进提高的过程;四、考核结果要作为薪酬分配的主要依据,并且要与员工职业发展相结合。第二章 领导机构及职责分工第三条 公司成立员工绩效管理领导小组,领导公司员工绩效管理工作。组长由分管人力资源工作的公司领导担任,副组长由人力资源部、企业管理部负责人担任,成员由其他各直属单位(本
